Successful planning and listed building consent was achieved for the conversion and conservation of the grade II listed tower, a significant landmark within a Derbyshire town.  

The project creates a harmonious blend of historical preservation and contemporary functionality, breathing new life into the structure while maintaining its unique identity.

Given the existing structure's significance and small footprint, the design created a thoughtful and efficient layout that maximises the use of the existing structure.

By utilising natural materials, the existing fabric respected and ensure a high standard of finish that aligns with sustainable principles.
