Olde House is a remarkable Grade II Listed property dating from 1615, set in the heart of Eyam's historic 'Townend' conservation area in Derbyshire. Built from traditional coursed gritstone with stone slate roofing, leaded mullion windows and stone-coped gable dormers, the house retains exceptional architectural character — including its original inscribed doorcase bearing the date 'RF 1615'.
