Otterspool
The reconfiguration and extension of a 1960’s detached house within Buxton . Additional accommodation at both ground and first floor provide a balanced house within the large plot. A rear extension creates a large open planning kitchen and dining room. The first floor extension provides an additional bedroom and creates a guest wing, which allows the reconfiguration of an existing bedroom and bathroom into a master bedroom suite. The proposals also develop an external strategy to improve the appearance of the existing house; providing an inviting and welcoming approach to the house.
