The shop, previously occupied for 30+ years by the Buxton Advertiser, is situated on Market Square and forms an important boundary to the conservation area. The proposals are to convert the first and second floor into separate apartments, while retaining the ground floor commercial space.

Working with a limited budget the proposals, using carefully consider materials and colours, will improve the shop front and provide an enhancement to the Market Place.
